ALL TRANSACTIONS SHALL BE IN UNITED STATES FUNDS.

3.    Before You Order:
a.    Confirm that the items selected are the items you wish to purchase.
b.    Confirm that all of the other information you have provided is accurate.
c.     Corporate or personal checks may be accepted if the check-number is high enough.
d.    Discounts are normally not available.
e.    Lay-Away is available on merchandise in stock, as follows: 20% down, 60 days for the balance.
f.    We do not match prices.
g.    We do not negotiate prices except under extraordinary circumstances.

3a.    We do accept special orders, under the following conditions:

1.    a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the retail price is required;
2.    the balance in full is due 14 days after arrival of the merchandise;
3.    orders into Lay-Away are not accepted; however, you may place a special order with a $100 deposit and pay on the order until it is paid off at which time we will order the gun. In such a case, be sure that's what you want, because no refund will be available. Note: refund of deposit is possible if the order is cancelled before it is released to the wholesaler.
4.    Gun sales in the shop are final: no refunds.
5.    Guns sold on the Internet go with a 3-day inspection period: returns and refunds are only available in case of errors in advertising, e.g. gun in 50% condition described as 90%.
6.    We do not sell to anyone beyond the borders of the United States of America.
7.    Our prices are as low as we can afford to offer, all the time: we do not run "sales".

4.    Order Processing: Orders received before 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time are generally entered into processing, and shipped within 3 to 7 business day. Depending upon order volume, however, processing can potentially take longer than the estimated times.

5.    Domestic Shipping: Orders received before 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time are generally shipped within 7 business days. If we determine that, for any reason, your order will not ship within 9 business days of processing, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail or by phone if a phone number is included at time of order. If express transit is paid, we will put your order in front of the shipping line and send out your order in the quickest time possible. Express transit cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances, and is a non-refundable fee.

When you purchase a new, refurbished, used, or collectible item from FIRARMS & MORE, LLC, you pay immediately online. Included in your payment is a pre calculated fee for shipping and sales tax of 6% if you live in Michigan. A rate chart is included below, and you can also read more about how we calculate those rates below.

When using standard ground shipping, customers should generally allow 10 to 15 business days (or less) for delivery, this timeframe may be exceeded.

When using express ground shipping customers should generally allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, this time frame may be exceeded.

Express Domestic Shipping- This is an estimated 1-5 Business Day Delivery time period that deals with the assignment of terminals, transit time and processing of the order, in addition to confirming payment has cleared. If you do not use the EXPRESS SHIPPING ( 3 day select, 2 day air, next day air) your total time will be an estimated 10- 15 Business Day (or less) transit time from the time you order till the time that the Shipping Company delivers your package. These are estimated times, they are voided due to natural causes and/or mechanical error of shipping company vehicles.

International Shipping- WE DO NOT SALE ANY FIREARMS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATE.
